How To Order

1. Orders must be placed with at least 7 day notice for small orders ; 14 day notice for big orders (customized cake + cupcakes / packages) ; 30 day notice for bulk orders (100 pcs above).
   
   Note: Availability depends on open order slots. Dates / slots may run out fast, we advise booking a slot at least 2 weeks before pick-up date. We regularly update our social media pages about available slots.
   
   
2. Custom orders are all placed in advance – at least two weeks before event date. Custom orders that are placed with 1-5 day notice will depend on availability and shall be charged with additional 10% (of the total amount) rush fee.
   
   Note: RUSH ORDERS depend on availability of slots. Talk to us about it.
   
   
3. Full payment is required to confirm an order. You can pay through bank deposit or online transfer (bank & GCash).
4. We deliver around the metro! Minimum order of P1,500 and delivery charge applies.
5. For orders below minimum, client may schedule personal pick-up or through courier.
   
   Note: We strongly recommend booking a CAR / MPV courier pick-up; motorcycle delivery is not recommended as cake and cupcake items end up damaged most of the time.
   
   WEEKDAY PICK-UP HOURS: 10:30AM – 5:00PM
   WEEKEND PICK-UP HOURS: 10:00AM – 12:00NN ONLY
   We are closed on weekends.
   
   
6. Final orders are consenting to our terms and conditions.
